Lexor Manufacturing ships directly from our facility in Westminster, CA. The following outlines what you can expect from the moment your order is confirmed through final delivery.

Order Fulfillment Window

Our team processes incoming orders within 2 to 3 business days of confirmed payment. Manufacturing and assembly operations run Monday through Friday; orders submitted after business hours on Friday, or during weekends and federal holidays, are entered into the production queue the following Monday.

Should your order require additional lead time — for instance, during high-volume periods or supply-related holdups — a member of our team will notify you directly before shipment.

Transit Times

Shipments to domestic addresses generally arrive within 5 to 10 business days from the dispatch date. Delivery windows vary based on carrier routing and the distance from our Westminster facility to your location. Customers in the western United States may receive orders sooner; those in the Midwest or East Coast should anticipate the longer end of this range.

Estimated transit times are provided as general guidance. Lexor Manufacturing cannot guarantee specific arrival dates, as carrier timelines are outside our operational control.

Freight & Shipping Costs

Shipping fees, where applicable, are calculated at checkout based on order weight, dimensions, and destination. All costs are disclosed before you finalize your purchase — there are no post-checkout shipping surcharges.

For bulk or commercial orders, shipping arrangements may differ. Please contact us prior to placing a large order to discuss freight options.

Shipment Notifications & Tracking

A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched from our facility. Carrier systems typically activate tracking within 12 to 24 hours of pickup. If you do not receive a shipping notification within 5 business days of your order date, please contact our team so we can investigate.

Delivery Address

Customers are solely responsible for the accuracy of the shipping address submitted at checkout. Lexor Manufacturing will fulfill orders to the address on record and cannot be held responsible for non-delivery resulting from customer-submitted address errors.

Address corrections after an order enters fulfillment are not guaranteed. Contact us immediately at (866) 733-4772 if you need to update delivery information.

Damaged Shipments & Lost Packages

We carefully inspect and package all outgoing orders. In the event something goes wrong in transit:

Visibly damaged on arrival — Note the damage with the delivery driver if possible, photograph the box and contents, and contact us within 48 hours of receipt at info@lexorllc.com.
Tracking shows delivered, but package not received — Verify with household members and check around your property. If still unresolved, contact us within 72 hours of the delivery scan so we can initiate a carrier trace.

Lexor Manufacturing will work diligently to resolve shipping claims but is not liable for losses attributable to carrier handling after departure from our facility.
